To get the most from your Reiki treatment, please keep the following in mind:

Wear loose, comfortable clothing to help you relax fully during the session.

Avoid caffeine (coffee, tea, energy drinks) on the day of your appointment, as it may interfere with your body’s natural relaxation response.

If possible, do not drive or cycle to the clinic. Reiki can leave you feeling deeply relaxed, and it's wise to avoid stress or concentration-heavy tasks afterward.

Give yourself time to rest after the session—this is part of the healing process.
